I have run into a couple of Rubys and even Sapphires, but I have never even run into a "Lapis" or "Lapis Lazuli." Now, I introduce myself as Lajward Zahra — no middle name and no family name. It is incredible that when you google "Lajward Zahra," I make up all the top results despite having a relatively low profile. Meanwhile, famed hedge fund manager and founder of Dallas-based Hayman Capital Kyle Bass said the country's heavily indebted property market has triggered a wave of defaults among public developers. That's a problem, given China's real estate market can account for as much as a fifth of the nation's GDP. With a power vacuum and years of civil conflict following the 2003 U.S.-led invasion of Iraq, militias grew and multiplied in Iraq, some supported by Iran. CNN —Without A Fight stormed to victory at this year’s Melbourne Cup on Tuesday, handing jockey Mark Zahra consecutive wins in Australia’s most prestigious horse race. “It’s amazing to do it once, but to do it again on a different horse, back-to-back, my feet haven’t touched the ground yet,” Zahra told Sky Sports Racing after the famous win.
